1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item is not a final sale, clearance, or promotional item.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at apparel.on@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will assist with the return shipping arrangement.
  • For change-of-mind or size-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Return shipments are handled through standard courier services only. No overnight delivery is provided.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Any applicable handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide store vouchers or store credit as a return settlement unless separately agreed in writing by the customer.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • We allow cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • To cancel your order, please send us an email at apparel.on@outlook.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours from the time of order placement.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped before the cancellation request is received, the order will be treated as fulfilled, and our Return Policy will apply instead.
