1. Eligibility for Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please ensure the following:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item is not a final sale, clearance, or promotional item.

2. How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us at apparel.on@outlook.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and the item or size you would like.
  • We will review your request and provide further instructions on shipping the item back.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.

3. Exchange Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will assist with the return shipping arrangement.
  • For size, style, or change-of-mind exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and approved.
  • Replacement items are shipped by standard courier only. No overnight delivery is provided.

4. Out-of-Stock Items

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may request a refund subject to our Return Policy.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
